We get asked this a lot (after all, our name is MIXT…).
It’s to ensure the freshest, highest quality experience that you expect from MIXT. A soggy salad can be worse than an undressed salad. So we keep the dressing on the side to ensure that it is fresh and delicious as soon as you are ready to enjoy it.
Every salad is carefully packed with our “heavy” dressing portion, so you can tailor your salad to your exact preference.
